These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the El Chapo's Tacos website and our restaurant services. By visiting our website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this website at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to this website.

1.1 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to El Chapo's Tacos. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

1.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or offensive content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

2. Reservations

2.1 Booking Confirmation

A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Submission of a reservation request does not guarantee a table.

2.2 Late Arrivals

We reserve tables for up to 15 minutes beyond the confirmed reservation time. Arriving significantly late may result in your reservation being released. Please contact us if you are running late.

2.3 Cancellations

We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to reservations. For groups of 10+, we request 48 hours' notice. Failure to notify us of a cancellation may affect future booking requests.

2.4 Deposits and Minimum Spend

For large groups, private events, or specific packages, a deposit or minimum spend may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made with adequate notice as agreed at the time of booking.

3. Packages and Events

3.1 Brunch Packages

Brunch packages are subject to availability and must be pre-booked. Package prices are per person and inclusive of VAT. Packages may not be shared or split. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify packages at any time.

3.2 Free-Flow Beverages

Free-flow beverage packages are subject to responsible service of alcohol. We reserve the right to cease service of alcohol to any guest at any time. Alcohol is only served to guests aged 21 and over. Valid ID may be requested.

3.3 Ladies Night and Events

Event details including times, packages, and DJs are subject to change. We will endeavour to notify guests of material changes in advance.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable. Menu items and prices are subject to change. Payment is accepted in cash or by card at the venue.

5. Dietary and Allergen Information

We provide allergen information to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens due to the nature of shared kitchen preparation. Guests with severe allergies should inform us at the time of booking and speak with the restaurant manager before ordering.

6. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to, or remove from our premises, any guest who is behaving in an unreasonable, disruptive, or threatening manner. We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of harassment or discriminatory behaviour.

7. Personal Property

El Chapo's Tacos accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings on our premises.

8. Photography and Social Media

We welcome guests to photograph their experience and share it on social media. By tagging or mentioning us, you grant us permission to share your content on our own channels. We will always credit you. Please be considerate of other guests when photographing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, El Chapo's Tacos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
